Essential oils have so many diverse uses! It can be hard to sift through them to find the one that you need for any given symptom. Turns out, there are a few power essential oils that seem to do double duty. Or triple. Or more! So, I have organized the symptoms into three sections: Uterine, Physical, and Emotional. Uterine symptoms consist of cramps, excessive bleeding, irregular cycles, etc. Physical includes any other kind of bodily symptom like headaches, bloating, and food cravings, generally the ones that you may experience other times of the month too, but just happen to suffer through more during your period. Emotional would be anxiety, depression, irritability, etc. I would say that the most important group though, is the Uterine group, because if all of these symptoms happen (or happen more) because you are menstruating, then they are somehow caused by what is happening to your uterus. Therefore, if you can get your uterus into balance, chances are all of the other symptoms will be lessened too.
